The Fox and the Grapes, is a well known story which most of us have heard during our school days. Still the story maintained its popularity since it conveys a greatest lesson in life of never give up, in very simple words and clear context.
Cowards give reasons and run away when they see a challenge where are as brave seeks for an opportunity in every challenge.
In the present video an attempt has been made to describe the story in Sanskrit. We did the translation of the lyrics and provided the same in the subtitles. Heartily thanks to unknown author, singer and musician of the song. We are doing our bit to spread Sanskrit awareness.
" Jayathu Samskritam.. Jayathu Bharatham"
The story discussed in the video goes like this:
Once, a fox was very hungry and thirsty.
He went to a forest in search of food and water.
After a lot of search, At last he saw a bunch of grapes hanging from a grapevine.
His mouth started watering.
He wanted to eat the grapes.
But it was well bove his reach.
So, he jumped and jumped, fell down.
But he could not reach the grapes.
So, the fox went away saying,
“The Grapes are sour...!!”
